1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
  • The Regulations set out the rules for the use of the Online Store, placing of orders and execution of sales.

2 DEFINITIONS
  • Customer - a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit placing an order.
  • Consumer - a customer who is an individual making a purchase not directly related to his/her business or professional activity.
  • Online store - the service available at dzienniakart.pl.
  • Seller - Wojciech Dzienniak, conducting business.
3. RULES OF USE OF THE STORE
  • The store allows you to browse the offer, place orders and conclude sales contracts.
  • In order to use the Store, a device with Internet access and an up-to-date browser is required.
  • Placing orders requires the provision of personal information necessary to complete the transaction.
4 ORDERS
  • Customers can place orders through the Store's website 24 hours a day.
  • The contract of sale is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.
  • Product prices shown in the Store are gross prices and include all taxes.
5. PAYMENTS
  • The customer can choose one of the available payment methods (e.g. wire transfer, online payment).
  • If you choose prepayment, failure to pay within 7 days will result in cancellation of the order.
6 SUPPLY
  • Delivery is carried out on the territory of Poland.
  • The delivery time is up to 14 working days after the payment is credited.
  • The customer shall bear the delivery costs indicated in the order process.
7 ADVERTISEMENTS
  • The seller is liable for defects in goods in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
  • Complaints can be submitted in writing or electronically.
  • The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
8. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
  • The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without stating a reason.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Customer's special order.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send the appropriate statement to the address of the Seller.
9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
  • The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. The changes are effective from the moment they are published in the Store.
  • In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
